Candle Element welcomes companies, groups, schools, governments, and non-profit-making organizations to purchase related activity materials and supplies. You can place orders directly on the website. We will provide official receipts to purchasers for reimbursement.

The receipt includes the following information:

  • Order number, date
  • Payment
  • Customer Information
  • Product name, price, quantity
  • Total order amount, shipping fee (if any)
  • Our company name, address, phone number, email and seal

If you need the original receipt, please make a note on the shopping cart page, and the original will be sent out together with the goods or available for pickup.
                                                                                                 

To cash receipt, please select "School|Government Organization|NGO|NPO" in the payment method option and follow the instructions to complete the payment process. Regarding document changes, losses, reissues, etc., our company may not process them or charge administrative fees depending on the circumstances.
